Daring Adventure Chalkboard Technique

I have seen a lot of cards made lately using a technique called Chalkboard so I decided I had to have a go. this is basically a quick and easy card, also very effective. The idea is to make the card look like a teachers Blackboard. All you need is black or dark coloured cardstock you then use White Craft ink to stamp your image, cover the image with White Embossing powder then heat set the powder. Next rub a Dauber or even a dry baby wipe into your White Craft ink then gently rub this over or around your stamped images which gives the effect of a Blackboard which has had writing rubbed out. You can also see in the top left corner where a bit of Embossing powder has rubbed off giving an even better effect.

Stamp set: Daring Adventure, The Open Sea, Word Play
Ink: White Craft Ink
Cardstock:Basic Black, Naturals White, Crumb Cake
Other:White Embossing powder, Embossing Buddy, Heat Tool,
Crumb Cake Seam Binding, Neutrals Button, Linen Thread,
Tombow Adhesive.
